When a financial advisor departs from Cambridge, client accounts remain with the firm to ensure stability and continuity. Your previous financial professional, for one reason or another, has left Cambridge. To maintain seamless service, Cambridge reassigns your investment account to a new financial advisor who can provide ongoing support and guidance for you. That advisor, in your case, is Oregon Insurance and Financial Services (OIFS). OIFS is a family-owned, independent insurance and financial advisory firm who has been in business for over 30 years.
What This Means for You
No changes to your account – Investment holdings, account details, and financial strategies remain unchanged.
No changes will be made without your consent – If you and your new financial professional would like to make changes to your account, changes will only be made with your consent and input.
A dedicated point of contact – OIFS has been assigned to service your investment account, answer your questions, and provide you with guidance.

Why was my account assigned to a new financial advisor?
For various reasons, your previous financial professional is no longer associated with Cambridge. When this occurs, Cambridge will re-assign your account to a new servicing advisor so that your needs are still being met and your account is not left un-attended.
Do I need to take any action?
If you haven’t already, please call or text Devin at (419) 210-8022 to schedule a time to speak with your new financial professional. You can also schedule an appointment by following this link. This will allow us to ensure your contact information is correct, get to know you and your goals, and introduce you to your financial professional and our firm.
Will my investments or financial plan change?
No. All account details remain unchanged, and no adjustments will be made without prior discussion and your express consent.
Can I choose a different financial advisor?
Yes. You always have the right to choose your financial professional. Any questions regarding advisor options can be discussed with Cambridge Investment Research at (800) 777-6080.
